Members can access The Pump House 7 days a week.

Monday to Friday from 7am-6pm and 9am-5pm at the weekends.

Please note that some weekends, The Pump House hosts private events and access will be limited to the loft area.

Parking on site is for permit holders only. A parking permit can be added to your monthly membership subscription for £20 per month.

This does not guarantee you a space and at busy times it may be necessary to park on the nearby streets.

If you’d like to add parking to your membership please email accounts@thepumphousewinchester.co.uk

Once this has been confirmed, you can collect your permit from the front desk.

FOBS

If you require a replacement fob, please contact the front desk and they can arrange this for you.

There is a £10 charge for each replacement fob.
