Can anyone come into The Pump House?

Members and their guests have exclusive use of The Pump House 7 days a week. Find out more about membership here.

If you’re passing by, the take-away window is open from 8am-5pm to grab coffees and food. You can also take a seat on one of the outdoor tables around the building.

At the weekends the Garden Spa & Cafe is open to everyone 9am-5pm.

Do I have to be a member to book a meeting room?

No. Meeting rooms are available to members and non-members. Book here. Members receive a 50% discount on meeting room bookings.

Can I try before I buy?

MEMBERSHIP

If I become a member can I bring guests?

Absolutely. Guests can join members in the lounge for up to an hour. If you need them to stay longer, guests passes are £25 per guest, per day and gives your guest access to all the perks of membership. Members must be present on the day your guest is visiting.

Can I bring my dog?

We are super dog friendly. Members are very welcome to bring their dogs with them - we only ask that owners are considerate to other members and ensure their dog is well behaved.

Is parking available?

The car park is permits only. A parking permit can be added to your monthly membership for an additional £20 per month. Parking can also be found on nearby streets and the Bar End Park & Ride car park, a short walk away.

When can I access the building?

Members have access to the building Monday-Friday 7am-6pm and 9am-5pm at the weekends.

Is there a notice period if I no longer need membership?

Yes there is. 3 months notice is required.
